Two platforms built from first principles: the Simplex programming language and the Senua AI architecture.
Simplex
The AI-Native Programming Language
Simplex is a revolutionary programming language designed from the ground up for the AI era. It combines Erlang's fault-tolerance, Rust's memory safety, and first-class AI integration into a cohesive platform for intelligent, distributed workloads.
At its core, Simplex treats artificial intelligence as a first-class language primitive, not a bolted-on library. AI operations like text completion, embeddings, and structured extraction are built into the language semantics.
- Cognitive Hive AI (CHAI) architecture for orchestrating specialist SLMs
- Fault-tolerant actor model with supervision trees
- Content-addressed code for perfect caching and distribution
- Spot-instance optimised cloud deployment
- 1-5ms swarm-local AI inference latency
- 75+ embedded standard library modules
- Ownership-based memory management (no GC)
Licensing: Simplex was developed in the open through version 0.16. From version 0.17 onwards, Simplex is proprietary, closed-source technology and forms the foundation of Senua AI.
Learn MoreSenua AI
A Mind, Not a Model
Senua AI is not a wrapper—there is no Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini underneath. It's a fundamentally different architecture: continuously-learning intelligence, compiled to native machine code, running on hardware you already own—from servers to drones. No GPUs. No per-token bills. Private by design.
Senua AI isn't a shrunk-down large language model. It's a new kind of AI, built from first principles to be small, efficient, and self-contained—the same intelligence on a server, a laptop, a phone, or an embedded device, and it gets smarter the more you use it.
- Compiled, not interpreted—native machine code on ordinary CPUs; no GPU, no runtime stack
- Linux, macOS & arm64—one platform across operating systems and architectures
- Bare metal via SenuaOS—deployable to drones, cars, sensors, and smart devices
- One mind, many nodes—the Nexus protocol syncs what it learns across every device
- Private & local—the whole mind runs on your hardware; data stays put
- CLI, API & web—use it from a terminal, your own software, or the browser
- Proprietary technology, patent pending
